I’m starting running start next year, and I’ll be taking french, intro to business, nutrition, and psychology. Should I take my laptop to my classes or should I just take notes the old-fashioned way?

It’s been proven that you remember more by typing down. I don’t have sources and I am too lazy to search but you can just look it up. At least I remember more.

My workflow is: Write down notes by hand, then make my own typed study guides and outlines. Sometimes I type notes outright. Best of both worlds.

Most people who take their laptops to class tend to get distracted.
