laptop internet connections

<p>Can someone clue me in?
How do you guys connect to the internet with a laptop? Wha’ts Wi- Fi? bluetooth? how much does it cost per month? DO these have wireless internet connections and how does it all work?</p>

<p>You can connect with the telephone cord, wireless internet (wi-fi), or a LAN (wired). It will cost you to connect, you’ll need a provider, if you’re not at college. I think in hotels you’ll have to go with dial-up unless they offer wireless, which you’ll most likely have to pay for. I would recommend an IBM or a Dell.</p>
