Laptop = necessary?

<p>So most of my friends are getting laptops for college. I, however, want to wait like a month or so for Intel’s new laptop chip to come out. Am I gonna be able to survive the first few weeks without a laptop? How necessary are they?</p>

<p>you’ll be fine. pitt’s still not wireless everywhere, and there are computer labs all over the campus. Most people go to Lawrence, but there’s one in sutherland that’s usually empty, then in benedum, the cathedral, hillman etc. </p>
