"Laptop Orchestra points way to future"

<p>the palm beach post has a thoughtful blog post today on the princeton laptop orchestra (plork), a self-described “ensemble of computer-based musical meta-instruments.” says NPR:</p>

<p>“The group has caused something of a sensation in academic circles and avant-garde musicians are queuing up to compose for them. They have their own wireless-network that can play anything from electropop to avant garde on instruments specially designed to interface with their laptops.” </p>
