Hey y’all,
I’m going to be a new freshman majoring in engineering (either biomedical or chemical) and I was wondering if the programs I would be using would utilize a quad core processor or if a dual core would be just fine. The dual core is faster and the quad core is slower, but I have no idea if the engineering programs would actually use the quad core or if i would be better off getting the faster dual core for everyday use. Thanks!
