<p>It would appear that you are filling out the old application which is requesting admission for Fall 2009, but your list of taken and planned classes from the prior school show that you will be taking classes at your high school or prior college for the coming year. Just a guess but the admissions application window opens later this year, at least for incoming freshmen, and the then-current forms are not yet ready.</p>
