<p>I took the PSAT in October and earned a 217. My guidance counselor told me that I may qualify as a NMS semi-finalist with this score (I live in MI) and potentially qualify as a finalist if my SAT score is above 1960. I’ll be taking the SAT for the first time tomorrow but I’m worried that my score won’t reach the 1960 benchmark. Can I take the test again in October to improve my score?</p>
