Last minute tips before the ACT?

I’m taking the ACT for the last time this Saturday! I’ve taken 5 practice tests and my results are as follows: 34, 34, 35, 35, 36. The thing is that I get really good scores on practice tests because I don’t get stressed out at all because I know the don’t actually count. However, when I take real tests, I freak out and start worrying about everything. As a result, my score was 2 points lower than my timed practice tests indicated. What are some tips for staying relaxed and on time during the exam?

C33 is a solid number. 99th percentile. No school, including Ivies, is going to reject you because you “only” got C33. If a school rejects you, it will be because of some other factors like GPA, ECs, Essay, etc.

If you keep all that in mind, you shouldn’t feel stressed on test day. And might pull off a higher score.

@mmk2015 good to know! I was one sub point away from a 33 on the actual test :frowning: I’m applying to Brown ED! Wish me luck!
