last minute transfer??

<p>A friend’s daughter has suddenly decided she can’t stand her college anymore (she’s a soph.) and wants to transfer for next year. She’s in a music program at a state U (not her own). Her own state U doesn’t have the best music program, I’ve heard. </p>

<p>Is this just too late for next year? Does anyone know of a good source for info about this?</p>

<p>Not at all too late. Typical application deadline for transfer applications is April 1. She should look up each school individually that she is interested in to find out deadlines, requirements, etc.</p>
