On the last month I have done approximately 5 practice SATs, read the CR and W sections of “Up your Score” and “Cracking the SAT”, and studied some vocabulary. I managed to improve my score in CR from 630 to 690 (mostly from practice, those 2 books give only obvious advice and strange non-working tricks for CR; useful for W though).

I will do the test in a week, and I really want to score over 700, hopefully 730. What troubles me the most are the literature passages, especially when they have fancy vocabulary heavy on connotations. I also make some of those silly mistakes which make me facepalm when I check my answers C:. Do you know of a way I could get this final push?

Thanks!
