Last search (rising senior!)- colleges that match these criteria?

I already have a financial and academic safety school and some matches, so chances aren’t as important, however-

SAT is 2020: CR: 710 Math: 640 W: 670 (likely to increase on retake,) GPA 4.0

ECs are not amazing, but okay and long-term: family responsibilities, talented artist, violin since 4th grade, karate since age 6 or so, (which I won a competition for.) I am also a strong writer, and think my essays will reflect that. My letters of recommendation are excellent/I have close relationships with my teachers.
I am an undecided major.

Very Important:

-Great need-based aid or decent need-based aid combined with good merit aid

Important:

-flexible curriculum ( preferably no hardcore reqs. that will consume a significant amount of time)
-good research and internship opportunities for undergraduates
-if an LAC, wide range of courses, including in the sciences
-strong disability services
-good teaching

Less important but preferred:

-I like cool and rainy weather (not sunny, photosensitive,) but I can tolerate anything
-I would prefer an urban over a rural environment, especially due to ease of getting around: I don’t like driving and haven’t even gotten my license yet
-Decent art/music culture
-Unsure about size, but if small- I like my privacy/am not enthused by the idea of a close community, gossip, people knowing one’s business

Thank you for any recommendations! :]

Edit: Oops, not rising senior…current senior. What am I thinking? xD

maybe not on your radar screen but, drake university is a great all around school and it has drug stores and places to eat with in walking distance. you should take a look.
