<p>They can’t possibly party and rush like that…there are counselors who watch…arent there? can someone who actually did it confirm what guys have to do?</p>

<p>It’s a free-for-all for the guys. Fraternities are allowed to do whatever they want as long as it’s within the guidelines (eg. dry rush, nothing illegal, events must be registered). Some orgs rush ineffectively and dwindle in size, others go as far as individually interviewing potentials.</p>
<p>There’s only the Greek advisor who oversees everything, but he’s mainly there for complaints / inconsistencies.</p>
