<p>I’m ready to submit my application to Scripps College, but one of my teachers has not started his rec. On Scripps’ website they state “Recommendations from junior or senior year teachers, who will have a better sense of the student’s intellectual development, are strongly suggested.”</p>
<p>Scripps has the option of adding an additional teacher to the two required on the common app, one of my teachers has already sent her’s in, and I have an additional teacher (sophomore teacher) that I can add. Should I add in the sophomore year rec just in case he doesn’t submit his, or would that be a bad idea?</p>
