<p>i am not that great of a student but i need some more time to build up my ECs and for some testing. I was wondering if end of october would make it extremely difficult for me to apply?</p>

<p>Penn State takes GPA at the end of the junior year, so waiting is not going to help you there. You could take the October test and apply right after that. That way your test scores will be sent to them and you still have enough time to make sure everything is in on time. Have you seen the bubble chart to see what your chances are with your statistics.</p>
