<p>I got accepted to Launch for session 2 so if anybody wants to do some pre-program networking, feel free to message me! Also, if you want to know my stats message me as well. Oh yeah, if there is a Facebook group (I’ve been seeing people comment about it) can someone add me too? ^_^</p>

<p>is Launch better than Endevvr? I got accepted to both but I can’t decide which to attend.</p>
<p>@stephaniex2015 I think they’re relatively the same in terms of what you learn, so I think a deciding factor would probably be the location (Boston/Cambridge vs. Atlanta) and maybe the length (4 weeks vs. 5 weeks). Also, I’d recommend e-mailing the founders from both companies and asking some questions to learn more about what distinguishes each of them. </p>
<p>Launch will inherently have better students because of the name (it was the name of the pilot program, after all) and the difference in prestige for the campuses (even though this is probably of negligible difference for learning purposes) will probably shift most people towards Launch (considering that most people that applied to Endevvr also applied to Launch). However, of last year’s 3 founders for Launch, two are now at Endevvr.
Regardless, I think this year’s level of competition to get into Endevvr was easier than Launch because a) most people who would apply to Endevvr also applied to Launch (and there was much more space this year in total for both programs combined compared to last year), and would probably prefer Launch to Endevvr, and b) because Launch has more “experienced” in a way. You also have to weigh which city you would rather prefer to spend your summer, and most people would probably choose Boston over Atlanta. These are some things I noticed after researching both programs.</p>

<p>I got waitlisted at Endevvr. I know of 4 other people that applied, 3 in my robotics club (all got rejected), and one other got on the waitlist too. I think I could’ve done better on the interview, it seems like it mattered a lot.</p>
