<p>People Waiting means that someone has requested to be notified when the number of machines they want to use is available. For example, if no Washers are available and you need two Washers to do your laundry, you can ask to be notified by email when two machines are available. If another user requests two machines after you, the next user will not be notified that two machines are available until two more are free or after the first request has a reasonable amount of time to get to the laundry room. Notification is not a guarantee that the machines will be available when you arrive at the laundry room since another user may simply have come into the laundry room. :rolleyes:</p>

<p>you know what would be cool? laundry notification by AIM…</p>

<p>i’d have to do that to check if theres open machines. thats why i tend to only do laundry at like 1am on saturday. no one else is doing theirs and i can pick from all the machines. :smiley: but this laundry alert thing would help to gauge room usage before i bring my laundry down if i had to do laundry at a more normal time.</p>

<p>i always set my phone reminder for the time my laundy’s done though.</p>
