<p>I think I remember reading at one point that you can use your Husky Card to do laundry? If so, how does it work? Which account gets charged? Thanks!</p>
<p>Residence Hall students only: Pay for your laundry using the machines available in the residence hall laundry rooms. These machines only accept the Husky Card Account for payment.</p>

<p>What is the difference between the Dining Account and the Husky Card Account?</p>
<p>Funds on your Dining Account are specifically allocated for use within HFS food-service facilities based on the Dining Level you select. These funds are accessed on the Husky Card and are nontransferable and nonrefundable.</p>
<p>Husky Card Account funds are available for use in residence hall laundry facilities, on-campus dining facilities, vending machines, the University Book Store and for campus parking. Husky Card Account funds are fully refundable.</p>
<p>Both Dining Account and Husky Card Account funds are accessed with your Husky Card, which also serves as your student ID and building access card. </p>

<p>Community laundry rooms with energy- and water-efficient washers and dryers are located in every building. Instructions for using the washers and dryers are posted. Weekends are usually the busiest times in the laundry rooms, so plan accordingly. All laundry rooms and equipment should be left clean. You can check the availability and status of washers and dryers in real time by visiting LaundryView. The UW is not responsible for clothing or other articles left unattended in laundry facilities.</p>
