<p>Deja vu all over again. Don’t these firms remember the '80s? or Finley Kumble? I am seeing some of the same things happening as did in the '80s that led up to the downfall of several firms.</p>

<p>Harvey Miller’s actually going back to Weil Gotshal after serving as head of restructuring at Greenhill. Don’t really see lawyers who go to investment banks go back to law very often.</p>
