<p>S really wants WPI… has NMS scholarship but not quite enough need-based aid so it’d be a stretch financially… We’re afraid of the 7-week quarters because he is slow to produce written output and has time management difficulties… but S thinks the fact it’s only 3 courses at a time (he’s used to having 6 to 9), in a major he is dying to join (IMGD) will help him focus. Does anyone know any LD/ADD kids who have done well at WPI? We know college supports are fewer than HS, and we’d hate to waste the money if he’s going to probably end up throwing in the towel because he can’t work fast enough.</p>
