<p>Hey, I don’t want to sound dumb but I wasn’t sure what the website
for UPenn’s Lead program meant when it says its “a summer institute for a talented and select group of rising seniors in high school”</p>

<p>I took that to mean only this year’s, class of 08, seniors could apply.</p>

<p>However I thought that this program was for both juniors and seniors? Could anyone clarify this?</p>
