<p>I know I’m a little early, but does anyone know when the LBW application comes out? </p>

<p>Applications will be accepted starting January 1 and the deadline is March 1, and decisions are released between April 15 and May 1, but it simply says that applications will be available “soon”. Keep in mind that there is no hard copy of the application, but rather will only be accessible online.</p>
