<p>Hi. I’m planning to apply EDI in November and I’m lacking enough leadership in my opinion. My school has already held elections for class officers and NHS officer positions etc. Does anyone have any ideas on maybe a community service project or something I can start up or any other leadership roles I can take part in by November? <p>ms: not everyone is a natural leader. This seems to define you at this moment. Is trying to stuff something on the resume at this later hour really going to alter how colleges see you? Doubtful</p>
<p>I’m lacking in leadership positions, too. Hopefully, leadership won’t be a huge factor in admissions. I guess the only thing you could do is to make sure your essays are top-notch.</p>
<p>Or apply to a broad list of schools with high admit rates or admit more on metrics than ECs</p>
