We have a broken corded leaf blower/mulcher (used mostly for mulching leaves for more efficient bagging), and it is probably not fixable. When looking for reviews of new models, I notice there are cordless options. Does anybody have feedback?
Blower/mulcher all in one? No idea about that; we just use our 80V Geeenworks blower and then take the leaves. Very quiet and so powerful. All of our Greenworks yard tools are very good (blower, trimmer, and the 3 freakin’ chain saws). See if Greenworks makes one.
Aaack. Autocorrect. “RAKE” the leaves.
I see they make a blower vac:

We use this bad guy:

Does not have a vac, but the wind it creates is hurricane strength. And no need for earplugs. It is very quiet as far as blowers go. Mr. loves it.
Certainly QUIET is a desirable feature!!
I rake the leaves too. Then DH sucks them up and mulches into a small bag. They really compress a lot - very handy for disposal. In the stone areas near the fence, he just sucks them up w/o raking prep.
