<p>Not exactly sure what you are looking for. Do you mean an example/template of a lease agreement for a private party sublet, etc? Those are plentiful and easily found on the internet.</p>
<p>I’d be renting the top floor of my potential landlord’s house, so it’s not a sublet. I want to have an agreement in writing to protect each of us. I think we could modify a renter’s lease to make do, but if there’s something more official out there, that’d be best.</p>
<p>You may want to check with your local Board of Realtors; they may have such a form that you can start with & modify. Another option is to just look at the least you’re signing & you & the LL can work to modify it appropriately, as well as your lease.</p>
