• Talk about my height as well as photography, etc. My college counselor said they were extremely well written and one of the best she has read.

Additional Information

 • Father did not attend college

I don’t really like to participate in chancing, but I’ll say this. My roommate freshman year was a complete idiot and a legacy (also an athlete but not a very good one), thus I’m fairly certain that being a legacy plays a big role.

At most schools being a legacy matters more on an ED application and not very much on an RD application

What about Grandparents? My grandfather attended Georgetown and I’m applying EA. I didn’t think it would matter at all, but there’s a legacy question on the app that includes grandparents as an option so now I’m unsure. Anyone have a clue?

WCAS - Gtown only has EA (which I am applying) not ED.
And soph - I’m not too sure. I’m assuming it would be an important factor (maybe they’re really looking for double legacies, someone whose parents/grandparents/great grandparents went to school XYZ).

If your grandfather went (to the undergrad school), you’re a legacy.
