<p>i called the admissions office and they said they hope to mail it out by mid next week… (so late)</p>
<p>Ugh… I don’t want to wait anymore… But seriously, as I’m watching the story about the man who killed his mom and 20 kids under 10 years old, it really puts this into perspective. Our waiting another week isn’t even a fraction of a fraction of a fraction of what those people are going through… It truly does help me realize how unimportant this one college’s acceptance is.</p>
<p>But getting back to what we’re talking about, happybirthday22, did they mention if the online decisions will be posted in the middle of next week at the same time as the letters are sent out?</p>
<p>Hi! I applied ED and am just as well waiting for my decision. Did anyone else do the V.I.E.W. program? I would love to know how much that helps, as there were so few people that I’ve seen that have done it. Personally, that was what made me choose Lehigh as my ED school.</p>
<p>they were so unclear they said like they are mailing it out the same day it will be online but at the same time we will get the letter the same day idk it didn’t make sense. and i did the view program</p>
<p>Well originally they said they were mailing December 16th, which is a sunday, and you can’t mail things on sundays anyway, so I have a feeling we’ll find out the middle of next week sometime.</p>

<p>I didn’t do the VIEW program but I do know that that program, or any program like it, is a HUGE help. It shows a good amount of interest in Lehigh which is among the most important factors. </p>
<p>happybirthday22 - I would love it if we got the letters same day as it goes online because I’d rather read my decision in the letter. But at the same time, if they’re mailing them next week than it may be Saturday that we hear back. That would suck!</p>

<p>What program did you all apply for? I applied as a Math major, intending to go into the 5 year Education program, which I waxed poetic about in the first supplement.</p>

<p>It is no joke. My kid just arrived home from Lehigh for the holiday break. The word going around is that there is a very large number of qualified ED1 candidates this time. Personally, I think the national exposure of the Lehigh-Duke NCAA basketball game added to the number of candidates. Lehigh reported they were googled an enormous amount at the time of the game…I guess they wanted to know who Lehigh was and where they were located.</p>
<p>Hopefully all those Lehigh-Duke spectators are a year younger 
but seriously, I have a feeling that Lehigh did get a lot of ED apps! And it’s a bad feeling.</p>
<p>Well the class of 2013 is the second largest nationwide applying to college ever, after last years, so every college is going to be harder than usual, I’d assume Lehigh is no exception.</p>
