GRE: Q168 V154 AWA 3.5
TOEFL: R29 L29 S26 W27
What are my chances judging this factors. Thanks in advance.
p.s. I am working as lecturer at electrical department at a university in Bangladesh. and am from bangladesh. I currently dont have any publications

Hey, Im not a Lehigh Grad student, just a lowly Junior, but Lehigh engineering is considered one of the best in the U.S. Considering your GPA and and GRE scores are above average so your chances are high of being accepted into their Grad program. I do not know much about the average TOEFL scores.
