What are my odds of getting into Lehigh? My school only offers 4 AP classes and I am only planning on taking one. I am a current junior, and plan on majoring in chemistry. My GPA is 4.0 W and I have a current SAT of 1290 and believe It will be about 1420. How much will the lack of APs effect me? The reason I couldn’t take them is for example we have APUSH, but to take it you must also take normal USH so I would have had to drop all my science classes, but I want to be a chem major.
I think you have a good chance. A 1400 SAT is solid, and if your grades are good, that will help. I would ask your counselor to explain why you only took one AP.
What AP did you take? Chem or Calc would be good, APES or AP Psych less so.
I will be taking AP Spanish and self studying for AP chem. My school does not offer any AP sciences/social sciences (or any honors classes)
