<p>If they were under qualified then they would have been admitted. The University admits only those who they believe are qualified to attend. Sike, I know what you’re saying. The only thing I know is that they are more like to be “underqualified” if they are in-state. I know some people at my school who were admitted to William and Mary/UVA with nice scholarship money (full rides at W&M) and they had like 1800s and decent GPAs.</p>
