So I am signed up to take the SAT in June. I haven’t taken it yet, but my PSAT score was 224 (80-M, 78-W, 66-CR). My plan is to worry about SAT II’s and AP’s for the next couple weeks and then spend the rest of the year studying for the SAT’s. Is it better to take as many practice tests as possible or to study the techniques and strategies for CR to raise that score? Any book suggestions or other advice would be great!

You need to look at both strategies and at practice tests. Try Gruber’s for CR, and get the Blue Book.

However, with your starting score, you should be able to make good progress by just doing practice tests.

Good PSAT, though. Congratulations!
