I have to toss in a bit of humor in the days and time that we all wait. I see all this stuff about Likely Letters and looking at the stats this continuse to wow me.

So here is the humor. As wonderful as it would be to go to Yale I think I will get a less than likely letter. It’s all good!! I just got another acceptance today from another school so I’m 6 for 6.

It’s good to have other options, I know that I’ll have success no matter where I go. I’m not giving up I’m just laid back and trying to have fun. Stress is self induced so I try to keep things on the lighter side and be positive.

Good luck to all of you in the Ivy, your records are very impressive. I did quite well in school myself but after reading these stats WOW!!

Coming from a small public school we don’t get some of the options I have read about.

It’s not totally unheard of…
Wellesley sends out their own version of “early evaluation” letters:
“Likely”, “Possible”, “Unlikely”
… So it is indeed possible to get a “less than likely” letter xD

Clever; however, I never filled out the d.o.b. with real data, in fact I don’t recall filling it out at all. If you really must know, I’m 108 years old, just kidding. I made some changes in my profile. Now everybody is going to know I live on earth. Thank you for pointing it out.

Hey Uppity I’m now 6 for 6 and 1 on the waitlist. Doing good but I know someone will say no. The odds are really not so good with Yale. Waiting for 4 more colleges that includes Yale. I looked at things and I’m going to do so I’m pulling out of 3 tomorrow to make room for others. I’m holding onto 3 and the waitlist.

^Better to not fill out your profile info than to fill it out with false/misleading information. This is the internet, so consistency counts. And with your member name and short posting record, being clever/coy is not necessarily a good thing.
