Update: I just found out another Indian guy who one of my friends is friends with got the lbp- i know because she posted for him and confirmed when i pmd her and he found out yesterday
@lanahland so 2 persons from India got it yesterday? Wow! Did they say which curriculum they follow like a levels? And which program they will be doing? Are you also from India?
Maybe they released the decisions for india yesterday or something 
@Rebecca1999 hi!! So yep!! Also im pretty sure one does cbse and ones does ib. Im also fairly certain the cbse girl is going to do psychology and im not sure about the ib guy. And yepp, im from india and im pretty sure i havent gotten it. I just wish they’d LET US KNOW because i really want to accept my ubc offer and apply for the visa but i cant until im fully certain ://

Hey! I also applied to the LBP scholarship and was reviewing the thread from last years applicants, most of them received their rejections by April 25-26, according to their comments. This wait has been killing me, I haven’t even accepted my offer yet bc, without this scholarship, financing my tuition will be hell.
Also, the guy who got the scholarship, Muqueet Mohsen Chowdhury, my guess is he turned it down because he’s fb says that he’s attending UC Berkeley. Again, this is just from his fb, so I’m not entirely sure.
I also really need the scholarship, without it I can’t attend
