You can put a round wall plate over it. We have one in the living room - a circuit reserved for the future ceiling fan that we never bothered to install.

Update: we found a wallplate on the ceiling of the living room of the “new” house. So Mr. decided to convert that space back to a dining room, and we bought a large ELK Lighting molecule to hang above the table! It just arrived from Amazon and is absolutely gorgeous. :slight_smile:
