<p>I do believe he received the Chancellor letter. I can’t be 100% sure since we did not save it but I think that must be the one. He received it 2 to 3 weeks before receiving the scholarship letter.
For anyone that is still waiting, I know how hard it is…I went through this waiting with my daughter who received a $10,000 a yr award in 2010. So I would not give up hope as it is very early in the game for Pitt. I think these awards will go on for at least another month if not more. For my daughter I did ask for her to be reviewed but I probably waited until December. They only started reviewing for scholarships this month. I remember looking at last years Pitt threads on CC and some high scoring applicants received scholarship notice after December.
