Letter grade 'IA'

<p>Hi,</p>

<p>I just found out that one of my course grades came out to be IA on my transcript. Is LSADS going to count this as A when they calculate GPA? I’ll appreciate your answers.</p>

<p>(IA is I + A, which means I got an A grade after getting incomplete grade initially. I was not able to take the final because I was in a hospital and took an alternative test afterwards.)</p>

<p>I dont see any reason why that wouldn’t count as an A.</p>

<p>Could be an imaginary A, which would be the square root of negative A, so you could refer to your GPA as a complex number.</p>
