<p>Do admissions officers look at an A-, A, or A+ when evaluating your application? My school weighs these equally and gives letter grades.</p>
<p>Not sure about all schools but for UC’s, they look at +/- equally. A grade of B+ is looked at the same as a B-. In fact, when filling out the UC application, you do not distinguish between +/-. </p>
<p>So essentially, UC’s schools would not know if you got an 89% or a 80% in a class.</p>
<p>I see, what about the Ivy League schools?</p>
