Letter of Recommendation from a Parent

We seek to understand and appreciate you as an individual. If there is a parent, sibling, other relative, or friend who you think could help us do that, we would be happy to receive a one-page letter from one of them. (It must be mailed to our office by January 2, 2010.) This optional information will be considered in our understanding of you as a person, but will not be formally evaluated as part of your application.

<p>When this is mailed to the Admissions office, how should we label the letter so that they can match it to my application? Provide an SSN or applicant ID number or date of birth…instructions arent too specific</p>

<p>When I did my app, an SSN and a name always worked. You could probably include the App ID too if to be on the safe side.</p>
