<p>Hi Guys!
I applied to transfer at UIUC for the Fall 2012,
unfortunately I was not able to send the english proficiency requirement on the right time(I am an international and there wa sa problem with the postmail).
So, I appealed and received the follow answer twice:
"Dear XXX,</p>
<p>The Admissions Review Committee has received your appeal. The committee carefully considered your request; however, we do not have room for all qualified applicants. Therefore, your appeal has been denied. "
What you guys think?This answer is a standarized reply to rejected students or maybe on the follow term I still have a chance? I was accepted at UTexas and although the prestige of both are quite similar, I am still in love with UIUC</p>
