Letters of recommendation aren't considered?

<p>Apparently a letter of recommendation is not one of the things considered on the Personal Achievement Index. So therefore you shouldn’t even bother sending one in, because the admissions people won’t look at it at all, correct?</p>

<p>It does help, if they are unsure about your application, they can review the letter of recommendation to help them decide.</p>

<p>An additional note: some (all?) of the honors programs require a recommendation through their own recommendation system.</p>
