Hi,
How valid is a Letter of Recommendation from a professor that doesn’t have a higher degree. I say this because from where I come from, to be a professor you don’t need to have a PhD or even a MSc degree. Most professors have a ‘Engineer’ degree, which is pretty much unvalid in the US (if I get a Engineer degree after my Bachelors and come to the US I’ll be considered still a Bachelor).
I ask this, because ‘unfortunately’ I didn’t have a close relationship with professors that have higher degrees. And I’m in the dilemma if it would be worth to get those letters from these professors.

What level of school are you applying? Bachelors? Graduate degree?

Graduate program
