<p>No, those are the letters of recommendations. Outside letters of recommendations should be mailed.</p>
<p>well…because on the teacher evaluation forms, it says at the very end that
they can “Feel free to attach an additional sheet or another reference you may
have prepared on behalf of this student.”
but my teachers already submitted their references…</p>

<p>“Feel free” means it’s optional…if your teachers want to attach additional documents, they can, but generally, all you need are the evaluation forms. You’re not at any disadvantage if they don’t include anything extra…actually, I’m sure the adcoms would appreciate it. The less work for them, the better, especially because additional references can be repetitive and unnecessary.</p>
