<p>So I am appealing UCI and UCD’s decisions. So far, I have two letters from my counselor and teacher… they both signed the outside seal of the envelope. Is this absolutely necessary? My third letter is from an employer and he didn’t sign the outside seal. Is this okay? Will UCI/UCD understand?</p>
