<p>I assume you meant to type “epitomize,” not “epitome” ?</p>

<p>Provoke means to anger through use of vexatious comments or another form of communication. Some words in our day to day language has different means than what we would expect on the SAT. Be CAREFUL. One other exmaple is travesty. Google it’s definition–it’s different from what you think it’d be.</p>

<p>I’m pretty sure answer (E) above has a typo. Otherwise, its incorrect.</p>
