@beccaw444 – Muhlenburg is an academically competitive admit, and they take demonstrated interest into account in the admissions decision making process. So, as vvnstar says, it is just different.
UARTS is a conservatory program and is as artistically selective as Ithaca, Emerson, and Montclair (as well as other schools… but, those were the three you mentioned specifically in post #26)
