Like Friends, With Homocidal Robots

The tread title is the title of my optional essay for the University of Chicago, which asks you to, “share with us a few of your favorite books, poems, authors, films, plays, pieces of music, musicians, performers, paintings, artists, blogs, magazines, or newspapers? Feel free to touch on one, some, or all of the categories listed, or add a category of your own.”

As it is an optional essay, I elected to make this one of my less serious essays by writing about the cartoon Futurama, a long-time favorite of mine. I want it read mainly because I don’t know how it will come across to others, especially those not familiar with the show. I am also concerned that it may be a little long for the prompt, which suggests 1-2 paragraphs.

Edit: PM me or post if you want to read it.

I’ll take a read.

I’m not familiar with the show, so if you’d like me to read it I will. :)

I would love to read it and help edit it. PM me

Is anyone willing to read my essay for the same prompt over Chronicles of Narnia (particularly those admitted to UChicago)?
