Yale sent likely letters to Questbridge RD finalists already! who received one??

A girl at my school did. She didnt even tell me, but im like 99% sure she did becuase shes brilliant.

LaVieEnChocolat – did you receive one? If so, did you rank Yale or just apply RD?

But the real question is…

WHY CAN’T THEY JUST SEND LIKELY E-MAILS?

^ I got a likely e-mail from Columbia, and I think I would have preferred a physical letter :P

Physical letters make it feel more… real.

It’s like, tangible evidence that there is a God. lol.

Honestly though, my Yale acceptance didn’t sink in until I received that fat envelope in the mail. Before that, it was just a message in cyberspace that could have accidentally been sent to my inbox.

Actually, my D ranked Yale for Questbridge as her first choice( waiting for RD decision) and she did not received likelies( e-mails or letters) as today!! Everything she did during her hs career is fantastic… the only thing is that her test scores are not very impressive…she got already accepted to UF and FSU in Florida but the big dream is Yale or Columbia! Of course!!!

Ah. I was just wondering if there was any chance for someone who didn’t rank Yale/apply early.

How do you know they sent QB likelies already?

does it mean that if finalists have not received likelies they are not in? (i hope not, cause i was a finalist and i haven’t received anything “panicking”)

I was a QB finalist and received Yale likely letter/phone call several weeks ago.
