likelihood of transferring in?

<p>Hello all,</p>

<p>I am curious as to my chances of successfully transferring into Pitt next fall. I have not yet applied; reluctant to expect much because of my subpar high school transcript. I’ll let the numbers invest themselves, but apparently (hopefully) Pitt welcomes “turnarounds?”</p>

<p>HS GPA: 2.3
SAT: 1700
President - Philosophy Club
Student Activities Board</p>

<p>College GPA (semesters): 3.3, 3.7
President of Debate Club
Lead Chair of Media Committee (main publications presence on campus)
Vice President, Class board
Student Senator (fall), Student Government Association
… Moved up to “Executive” Senator (spring)
Campus Radio DJ
Campus Democrats member/volunteer
Religion club
Volunteer mentorship at elementary school (first grade)</p>

<p>The above data is my freshman year of college. My major would be Religious Studies, if at all applicable.</p>
