Limit to Subject TESTS

I’m not sure, but i think i read somewhere that
you cannot submit more than one language subject test score,

Anyone know if that’s true for colleges like Stanford and Georgetown?

I’m thinking of submitting Korean (800) and French with listening.(will take this sat, but confident in 750+)

Aaaaand
Would proficiency in 3 languages look impressive, or not really?

Why would a college limit a language subject test? Often a school likes to see a range of subjects, or they ask you to take certain tests depending on your intended major. But I can’t imagine why a college would limit the number of tests.

Is it impressive? I’d (personally) be more impressed if you showed a range of skills than just one.

I suggest you go back to the colleges’ websites and carefully reread the suggestions about SAT IIS. Most will specify something like --we encourage you to demonstrate a broad mastery of skills (read: take 3 tests in 3 different areas).

Let me guess: you’re a native Korean speaker. Should 800 be impressive? I recall that about 40% of Korean subj test takers get 800. Hmmm…

Hm… I guess I read or remembered wrong. Anyways, thanks guys.

To T26E4, yes, I am a native Korean speaker, and while I know that it makes the 800 less impressive, I mentioned that I was raised mostly in Canada and when I went back to Korea for middle school, I had problems adjusting because of language barrier. Do you think that would be reflected as successfully overcoming difficulties?
