<p>No. Have you seen how many just on CC list Carnegie Hall performances? It’s a nice EC and shows you have talent.</p>
<p>The only real hooks are: recruited athlete, URM, development and legacy. Winning a national/international highly competitive competition will get you big points, but even that’s not a hook.</p>
