Basically if you can take DE at CC instead of HS, always do CC. I know it is logistically difficult and may cost money, but you do not know at what college you will end up. You have significantly higher probability that CC credits will transfer. But you have to think what classes are common. Math is always safe. Bio, Chem and Physics depends. Unusual classes about Art and History probably will not. Dd Nutrition Science course did not transfer. There was no equivalent at her school.
